The Sexual Harassment is happening all round but people kept silent on the fact and the most astonishing fact is that many women responded as it is quite natural and there is nothing new to this and many had adjusted to the same as this is happening for years and only a few had responded against such harassments.

Some of the major features of the Act of 2013:

• Government can appoint an officer to inspect and conduct investigation and records related to sexual harassment in any organization
• Penalties is imposed for employers. Non-compliance of the provisions of the Act will be punishable with a fine of up to ₹ 50,000. Repeated violations may lead to higher penalties and cancellation of license or registration to conduct business.
